      mixing the subliminal mp3 and the zenvortex files...

      a possible idea for increasing lucidity chances would be to..

      listen to the subliminal mp3 before bed..

      wake up during an rem period and listen to the zenvortex files while sleeping.

      I'm testing this tonight. will report back in the morning

      Hmm... what's Zenvortex? I've heard of subliminal mp3's but not that.
      Anyway, good luck! Let us know how it goes.

      I've tried combining MP3 files in that manner... I can't do it. It makes me feel restless, for whatever reason. I listen to an MP3 once a night each week, maybe. Although Zenvortex files work great for me (every. time.), I don't want to listen to the file consecutively for fear of burnout.

      hey abra? maybe i can alternate? as in listen to the subliminal one night, then take a night off, then the zenvortex??

      how do you use zenvortex for max effect??!
