The idea of subliminals is to bypass your critical conscious mind and go directly to the subconscious, so no, you don't want to hear them. But as I said, if you already know what it's tring to do, the conscious mind is already going to have its doubts and criticisms of the concept, so I'm not sure that it will work.

Nevertheless, I don't mean to hang crap on ninja's efforts. I believe he did his own research which suggested subliminals did have some effect, so I could be wrong. And it's a nice file either way.
