      Vitamin B12

I bought some lately, how much should I take at a time?

I couldn't find alot of information on vitamin b12 and their dosage but I found the following about vitamin B6 (which I think would apply just the same):

Thats what I thought, But Vitamin B6 comes in 100mg Vitamins, and is 5000% of your daily intake. Where as Vitamin B12 comes in 500mcg and is 8333% of your daily intake. I'm not sure if the recommended dose is equivalent to the dream requirements.

Obviously everyone is discussing the intake of B6 and B12 well over the suggested doses. If you do your simple research, you will see that doses at the suggested amounts for LDing are sufficient to cause neuropathy (peripheral and motor). This means that you WILL experience hemiplegias, diplegias, associated neuropathic pains (nociception-like sensation of fire on the extremities for prolonged periods of time) and loss of motor control. Go to pubmed and look up some research papers from scientists who use their laboratories to investigate the neurotoxicity of such vitamins...the mechanisms of action are really interesting once you read.

Nothing about dosage, but there is some things that will help the B12 make you lucid.

Not really. Most people are saying to take 50mg-100mg. Small doses really should not be a problem.

While I don't take them myself, I do know that there has never been 1 single case where negative symptoms accured under 400mgs... and even then, side effects are very mild such as slight numbness that goes away after a while. 100mgs is perfectly safe. I don't believe it actually helps, but its safe nonetheless.
