What a great idea! |

I don't think it's the Vitamin B. I think it's the waking up and then going back to sleep. That has ALWAYS given me lucid dreams, at least since I started having them. Honestly, in my opinion, that is THE surefire way to do it. I think you're a little closer to awake when you immediately start dreaming (which is what happens to me when I wake up from a dream, then go back to sleep) than you would be if you entered dreamstate from deep sleep. And I've found that my dreams are most lucid and controllable when I feel like I am almost on the verge of waking up. Plus, it's that last dream that's the one you remember the best, so it makes sense that this would occur for the last hour or so of your sleep (i.e. take pill after 7 hours). Plus, i lucid dream the best when it's light out, which it probably would be at that time. |

What convinced me that it's the pill was the fact that I was in a dry spell of bad recall even in the mornings for weeks. And then have a 1 to 1 transfer of memory into an LD (miracle) complete with back up plan when it did not go my way as expected... |

They used to give B12 shots to people detoxing from alcohol. |

My B Complex bottle says B3 is essential for a healthy brain and nervous system, B1 and B2 release energy in the body, B1 is also required for normal development, physical performance and well-being, B2 can assist concentration and maintain normal mood and memory, and B12 is important for maintaining normal cardiovascular health. |
