Saw this at the store today, it's vitamin water, all the usual amounts of b vitamins, but then I noticed something: Choline. It doesn't say anything other than less than .5% of choline under the ingredients, but...
Would it be a good lucid dream aid?
Or would it be better just to buy choline as a supplement?
