      Healthy Foods for Dreaming?

Does anyone know some healthy foods that are suppose to be good for dreaming? What are you suppose to eat and what foods are you not suppose to eat? What drinks can you drink and what drinks can't you not drink? Any help would be good. What foods will be good for dreaming in general? And Lucid Dreaming? I heard certain foods can get you into Lucid. And some foods can cause bad dreams. And can some foods make you have good dreams? I was wondering. Thanks.

First of all, there aren't really any foods that can directly make you lucid. These aids work by basically increasing your brain activity and giving you more vivid dreams and making your thought process clearer. After all, strange, vivid dreams increase the chance that you will question the reality of it.

Anything with B6 or choline in it is a good way to go. Apple juice works pretty well, as it has a lot of b6. Egg yolk is high in choline, so if you eat boiled or poached eggs then it is likely to effect your dreams.

Most any fruit rich in antioxidants will act in a similar way to green tea supplements. Blueberries, pomegranates, cranberries, grapes, and the like all work nicely. Apple juice sometimes works for some people.

Cherry juice, though, is supposed to be rich in natural melatonin. Melatonin gives mixed results for some people, so I wouldn't go out and buy a pallet of it or anything.
