I became LUCID! (First time)
Hey everyone!
I've been at this for a couple days and I finally became lucid while I was dreaming lastnight!
I have a false awakening. I sit up, look around to find my bedroom as it is during real consciousness. My girlfriend is laying in bed with me, the fan is blowing, and my alarm clock gives of the usual blue glow.
I lay back down and I begin to tell myself to do a reality check. So I plug my nose and think about breathing. It was very tense. My breathing started out difficult but then I could breathe easily through my plugged nose!
I got so excited after realizing what was going on that I woke up!
the realization that I was dream WAS FREAKING AWESOME! WOOT!
Can't wait to have more experiences like this and to finally be able to control my dream!

just a couple of days? how often do you RC during your day? i started with this stuff the other day and really looking forward to having my first lucid..

I've been doing Reality Checks for about a month now. I had my first lucid dream 2 nights ago. You need good dream recall first, though.
