      First Lucid Dream (WBTB)

      I dreamed I was in the car driving, lots of things happened. And then eventually at one part...
      I questioned myself: ''Since when has any of this been normal? I can't drive a car!''.

      I realized I was dreaming and then I woke up.
      ---

      This was my first ever lucid dream, After one week of using techneiques.
      It feels really strange when I woke up I couldn't move for a second and my whole body stinged a bit like pins-and-needels.

      The reason I was successful this time and wasn't the others is because last night I used the WBTB technieque, and it worked!
      I'm happy that Ive finally taken the first step

      Congrats on the lucid!

      I'd say you probably woke up into sleep paralysis that kept going for a few seconds after you woke up.
      We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
      some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

      Oh hey, Puffin. To tell the truth when I woke up in the middle of the night, what I did was go on DV and checkout your DILD guide. haha wow. and here you are.

      And yeah, ooflendoodle. Thats why I felt so relieved when I woke myself up. I knew I wasn't one of those people that could never do it.
