I'm just about to take a nap and I've already set my alarm for 3 hours from now. Since the first stages of REM sleep usually start around the first 90 minutes of sleep (If i'm wrong then FUUUUU), I'll wake up a bit after or during. I'm not entirely sure. But that's how many hours I slept last night when I went back to bed and the lucid dream started. I just wish I can keep my mind in there instead of playing along. I finally get one step close after a month of trying! I feel so acomplished but yet so far. (I can't spell right now) D:
Hopefully I get some results, I'll update in the morning.
