SP While Dreaming + RC Fail , Help !

      Hello everybody,
Its my first 2 lucid dreams since I joined DV .
I did the WBTB + MILD Tech, that quickly resulted in a lucid, the dream was about me sleeping in my bed with the same position and the same place I was before I went to sleep, which make it harder to realize that I'm dreaming, suddenly my room's door opened and my friend stepped in and kept jumping up and down shouting : "cumon lets go !" I knew that something was wrong, I looked at my hand and found 7 fingers there the 5 normal fingers + 2 in the forehand . I realized it was a lucid and wanted to kick his ass badly, as I wanted to get up and move I was downed by SP ! I wonder how could it happen in a dream.
I wake up still suffering from SP, but luckily I went to sleep back within less than a minute. I had another dream as I was going to the college,
I RCed my self 3 times by looking at my hand, there were 5 fingers in place !
nothing went wrong at all, I even knew that I forgot to have a look at the lecture's schedule on my bedroom's door ..
I think it gonna take long time before I got use to another RC method, Or what can I do, help appreciated .

I've had SP many times in dreams, but never in a lucid one. Luck, I suppose.
If that happens again, it's good to just relax, then expect a DC to come around the corner and help you up. Or tell the dream something like "hey, I don't have time for this, so let me up", and say it confidently, like you're commanding it to release the paralysis.

As for the RCs, I'm not quite following what you posted. I know you became lucid in the first paragraph, but as for the second one... Was it that you were doing RCs and not becoming lucid? If so, lucidity is caused by awareness 99.9% of the time, not reality checking. They're only done to confirm you're dreaming.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I had a doubt that I was dreaming, but everything around was going smoothly natural, so I decided to make RCs , but when I saw nothing wrong with my hand, I said to myself "cumon you're not dreaming", I did it 3 times until I wake up .

It sounds like you were vaguely aware, but you weren't THAT aware. Keep working on awareness and really being skeptical as to whether or not you could be dreaming. Right now you could, since dreams feel and look extremely real while we aren't lucid.

Looking at your hands isn't a very reliable RC. So far mine looked blurry at best. In my opinion, the easiest RC is pinching your nose (so that you couldn't breathe in reality) and trying to breathe. When you are in a dream you will still be able to breathe, because your physical body is breathing normally. You could even breathe under water while in a dream. Important is not to expect a result, but just do it (as dreams tend to go along your expectations).

Do that RC many times during the day in order to make it a habit. This may result in you becoming lucid more often.

Unless you EXPECT your hands to have extra fingers, or being able to breathe through your nose, lol. That makes it easier.

Good way to become delusional on the long run.

But that's actually the only possible way for the RC of the main character of Inception to work. Normally, you would expect a spinning top to topple over after some time. He would have to expect it not to in order for it to work. Though he is certainly paranoid enough to do that.
