SP While Dreaming + RC Fail , Help !

Hello everybody, Its my first 2 lucid dreams since I joined DV . I did the WBTB + MILD Tech, that quickly resulted in a lucid, the dream was about me sleeping in my bed with the same position and the same place I was before I went to sleep, which make it harder to realize that I'm dreaming, suddenly my room's door opened and my friend stepped in and kept jumping up and down shouting : "cumon lets go !" I knew that something was wrong, I looked at my hand and found 7 fingers there the 5 normal fingers + 2 in the forehand . I realized it was a lucid and wanted to kick his ass badly, as I wanted to get up and move I was downed by SP ! I wonder how could it happen in a dream. I wake up still suffering from SP, but luckily I went to sleep back within less than a minute. I had another dream as I was going to the college, I RCed my self 3 times by looking at my hand, there were 5 fingers in place ! nothing went wrong at all, I even knew that I forgot to have a look at the lecture's schedule on my bedroom's door .. I think it gonna take long time before I got use to another RC method, Or what can I do, help appreciated .
