      Pain?

Last night i had what i think might have been my first DILD. At first i was looking out a window, and i did a RC, the one where you pinch your nose, but I had a really hard time moving my hands, i had this wierd tingly feeling in my whole body, like when you fall asleep in a weird position and wake up with this thing where it hurts to stand still, but it hurts to move too, well i could barely move! and its not the first time this has happened, i usually have nightmares where it happens to me all the time, but this time, after doing my RC and realizing i was in a dream, the pain went away.
Has anyone ever felt this? until now i havent met anyone who has and its really wierd, and painful :S

I wrote almost the same thing in an earlier thread of me, I was in my room, did a RC by looking at my hands first , they was nothing wrong with it, so i did a nose pinch, but couldn't as my arms freezed when I wanted to hold my nose . My friend told me that this do happen because of Multi-RC , in another words, when you do a RC more than once, your subconscious wont go as you want, not sure why .
Try to make only one RC in your dream .

And for pain, I was having a lucid which started to fade out where you will have a black vision , I heard some members here saying that you can rub your hands to get back to dream and be more clear, I started to rub my hands but there was a terrible pain in my arms, It didn't work though .
The only interpretation I found, is that I might be rubbing my hand while am sleep paralyzed, that's why it did hurt .

and for the pain, i don't know why but i seem to get it too often, and most of the time not in lucid dreams.

It might have just been a one-time issue with dream control.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
