      Absurd case of sleep paralysis

i have no intention to bore you. i have had sp hundreds of times. literally. sometimes 5 - 10x a night. (personal demons lol) i think i understand the relationship with us, the cosmos, and psychedelics. dreams involving entities is nothing new to me.

      6: 30 pm. i took 3 mg of xanax.

approx 11 i went to bed.

approx 4 am. (everyone knos how hard it is to describe a dream to bare with me.)

it was as if were being sucked into a vacuum. i could literally feel an see myself going thru a tunell. it was black an white but melting. then it felt like a train was coming an my head was about to explode. then it was like something just popped, an the entire world came to a stand still. i was in this place that was melting and indegenous ppl were dancing around a ball of light. they all stopped dancing when i appeared. their necks stretched across to me an they said "he's here!" i was terrified. then all at once it was like whatever was holding me dropped me.. an i literally fucking fell to the ground of wherever the hell i was.. i could see myself clearly. everything else was black an white and melting. the ppl went from dancing/chanting to chearing. i went lucid. i was running for my life. i started flying. i got away from one. then was trapped and slammed thru this thing that was melting. (it was some type of orb, like an egg shell.) everything i looked at turn to color, i could draw out the landscape with my eyes. i formed a beach. i was making ppl appear on the beach, it had beach rafts an shit like that. but everybody was made out of plastic. i drew the sun an it shined on the indgenous ppl an they turned to clay.

      then i woke up.

Discounting years of drug use? lol

It sounds all highly symbolic. I don't know what all those symbols might mean to you but it seemed to me that the indig peoples were your problems (you had been born into them). You ran from your problems but then you created a better world but it was plastic (not good enough) but the sun of your new world/perspective nullified the problems you used to have. The melting was a sign that the old world in you is melting away.

      Hope this helps.

I don't understand the connection between the dream and sleep paralysis? Sounds like a crazy ass dream though.

Btw...3mg is sort of a lot...any reason why you're taking so much xanax?

Didn't know that was a lot.

Yes. Milligrams. The highest dose of xanax available is a bar and that's 2mg...and most people break it into halves or quarters. Xanax can also be devastatingly addictive with terrible withdrawal. So long as the OP is aware of that fact, I'm not one to judge.

Don't worry guys. Under dr supervision. I only mentioned it cause xanax produces incredible dream recall.

An someone asked the relation with this an sp? When it first started it had all the classic sign of paralysis. Body was vibrating, loud ringing. An of couse, I knew I was awake cause I could almost sense myself hovering above me body lol.

That sounds intense! I remember having even more insane SP episodes than that (mind you, I wasn't on medication or taking drugs), and they scared the hell out of me. I wouldn't attribute the episode to the xanax, just because I've experienced the same type of thing while not taking anything.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
