Thread: Found my Dream guide. Locker that made me cry. Zombies. Sex. Batman. All lucid.

Brief background: I've dabbled with lucidity the past two weeks. Surprisingly I got lucid after the first day and just had my second this morning a little over a week later. Im not doing any method other than saying "I will be lucid" in my head until I fall asleep" My first lucid was all about sex and this one was all about finding my Dream Guide.

This is a long dream, but I think interesting read. Let me know what you think.

I'm not sure how I got into it, but I realized I was dreaming right off the bat. Everything was fuzzy and not as crisp as I had read online. My first lucid was not super clear, and I sure as heck wasn’t going to let this one be the same. I screamed out "MORE CLARITY!" and it got a little better, but not great. "FOCUS MORE!"…better. "COME ON THIS IS STUPID, I WANT MORE FOCUS!" Bam. All of a sudden – it was more real than reality. I could see more resolution, better contrast than in real life. I was dumbfounded for a minute. So this is what Lucid is supposed to be like. I was in a harbor area with LOTS of DC walking about. They started to look at me funny when I was screaming, then went about their business when I stopped.

Now what to do, what to do. My mind immediately goes to sex. NO! I tell myself, Im not here for that this time. "I WANT TO SEE MY DREAM GUIDE!" I shout. Again, DCs give me weird, confused looks. "CAN ANYONE SHOW ME MY DREAM GUIDE?!" Nothing, just more confused looks. I single out one DC on a bench "You! Take me to my DG!" He looked nervous, maybe a little scared, and shifted his eyes to his right. I looked where he was, and saw nothing. I got frustrated. "DO I EVEN HAVE A DG?!?"...

"Yes” a voice boomed.

I turn around and this white bright light flashes and fills the dream. After it fades, the dream stays the same, but I can see some some figure approaching me. It hasn't really taken form yet. I dont know if it was my mind trying to create a character or what. It comes closer and it had materialized from a small figure to a head floating on the ground coming towards me. I was frustrated and confused. I asked the head: "Are you my dream guide" to which it replied "yes" I got even more disappointed, because I tried to see if I could "feel" something special to ensure it wasn’t just a stupid DC. The other DCs Ive had were all dumb lemmings that seemed mindless. This is the only one that seemed "intelligent." So my DG (or the little head claiming to be him) started leading me somewhere, but I could only see the back of his head.

I asked the head: "Why do you look like a bald black man with only a head?" (I was still a little disappointed because I read somewhere that someone’s DG was a beautiful woman that seemed perfect" He found this really amusing and started to laugh (I think he realized what I was thinking and why I was asking him this). "I can assure you I am neither bald, nor just a head" At that point he started to grow out of the ground, but only to his shoulders. "well why can I only see your shoulders then?" He looks back at me and shrugs: "You are laying on your side in bed, and just need to square your shoulders out to see me properly" All of a sudden he grew to real height. He wasn't bald, but he was an older black man. I could still only see the back of his head. We were still walking somewhere. I'm not sure if Im lucid because I am being led somewhere.. but I still felt in control and could leave anytime I wanted (which I would do near the end). We finally get to our "destination" in front of a locker. I remember the DG facing me, but I cant picture his face right now. I could tell he was ready for all my questions.

"What is this place?".. This really annoys me because he hesitated to answer -then told me, but for the life of me I cant remember what he said. Even in my dream I found his answer confusing, like he didn’t want to tell me.

"What are you then? An angel? A demon?" I laughed at this question in my dream, and mocked my question by making an evil laugh and picturing horns coming from my DG shoulders and poking up through his white robe. I chuckled to myself when I saw this start to happen - he laughed too.
"I can assure you that I am not a demon. I cannot tell you what I am, only that I have wings - at which point the horns grew to much bigger size and looked like a silhouette of wings under his robe. He looked at me and smiled knowingly.

I didn't like this very much. I don't believe in God, or at least not anymore. I was confused. So I asked him "Well can any religion, like Muslims, come here?"
"Of course"

He then motioned me to the locker that was in front of me. I opened it. I stood there and took it all in. I was confused for a second then realized what it all was. There were dead plants, old wrappers and other misc things in here. But I knew what they were. They were all my regrets and things I disliked about myself.

I started to cry. "I miss it, I miss it so much" I choked out as I turned to my DG with tears running down my face. He was crying too. "I know" he said comfortingly. (I was referring to religion I think - which is strange because I don’t miss it. I've converted from a strong believer to an atheist over my life. I may be referring to missing the feeling of having an answer - not necessarily religion/god because I 100% still don't believe in that stuff). I realized what a lot of the things in there represented, but I don’t want to post them here (too personal).

I think he was done showing me what he had wanted to, because at this point I think the dream had started to take back over. The reason I say this is because weird stuff started happening. I could tell we were back on the harbor. My DG looks over behind me, and I turn to look. There were a lot of flashing lights about a mile away (cop lights). I was done with my DG for now and asked him if I could go back lucid. He smiled and said yes. At which point he disappeared.

I look to my left and one of the cop cars is parked, and looking at me. They take a picture that flashes like 10 times for some reason, then they drive away. I get annoyed and confused about this. I start walking around and try to figure out what I want to do next. My DG then drives by in the batmobile (see – its getting weird) and takes a picture of me like the cops did. He shouted something as he drove off, but I didn’t know what he said. I was so annoyed with the pictures that I wanted to know what they were taking a picture of. I put my hands together and materialized an iphone and told myself to see what picture they took. Instead what came up was a message: "Keith likes to have strange dreams in Mexico" it wasn’t a message for me.. it was more like taking notes on me or like something you’d caption a picture with. Anyway - I’m still controlling my dream, but its getting weird. So with my DG gone, I try to figure out what to do next. My mind goes straight to sex. I get annoyed with myself for this, but its was too tempting to do again, and I figured my LD was just about over. So I start walking around the sidewalk and try to conjure up some celebrity. Nothing seems to be working, so i settle for one of the DC that have been walking past me as I've been walking. She wasn't very pretty, but I mind controlled her to go down on me right in the middle of the sidewalk with all the DC walking around. No one seemed to mind. DC were just walking right past me, until one man saw me and walked up to me and said "You don't want to do that here, someone might see you" I knew he wasnt talking about all the DC that were just walking by. Something was different about this guy. Like I could sense he was "aware" like my DG was. He wasn't referring to the many DC passing by us, but other "aware" characters. Don't ask me how I knew this, I just knew that’s what he ment. So I pull her around and take her to the side of a building, but am pretty bored at this point. I notice my dream fading, so I just let it come and wake up.
