thanks for all the support everyone! so nice to finally find this forum as everyone else i tried talking to about it said i was on crack.. lol. think the only bad thing about how great it felt was that i was way too excited to fall back asleep to try for another one. and i've heard about this from the book exploring the world of lucid dreams by stephen laberge that if you're too focused on them and concentrate too hard they might be harder to have. what was awesome was that the first one happened a couple days after i started reducing my reality checks. so far it seems i can really only have them on weekends since i can do the sleep rescheduling trick but thats just fine for me for now. now i just have to really work on controlling them and staying lucid.

and JussiKala do you mind my asking why your first lucid was bad?
