Talking Is this a Lucid Dream?

I have no idea if this is or not, but when I woke up, I tried to remember my dream. It was really short about 5 seconds? Here it is:
I remember looking at the clock and it was 4:35.
Next time I looked it was 6:35.
I looked again and it was 8:10.
Then I think I woke without knowing it and it was 8:11?

Also, I am new to Lucid dreaming. (2 days ago i got interested!) so any tips? Do you think I could be close to having a lucid dream?

In a dream, we have no concept of time so things tend to happen differently. A good reality check is to look at a digital clock because times won't make sense. It will be a time that can't be possible (14:83) or change every time you look at it, as it did for you. If you managed to do this in a dream, that's awesome! HPJoker is right, you're pretty close indeed! Try to boost your awareness that way, next time you're looking at the clock you'll know you're dreaming.
