Thread: 1st EVER reality-check lucidity/OBE last night!!!!!!!!

I have had the most PROFOUND, unbelievable experience I've ever had in my short 22-year-life last night! I truly owe it to this board and the inspiration and knowledge it's given me.
So, I've been performing reality checks for the past month or so consistently in waking life every time I have the thought/awareness to do so. Prior to this, I'd only ever had one WILD that was very short-lived and it had nothing to do with reality check, I just realized I was dreaming. The reality check I've been performing has been checking my hands.

I don't know how it happened because I have no conscious awareness of being involved in a dream. All I remember was I had the thought of checking my hands, already somehow the feeling creeped up that I may not be in waking life. I looked at my hands and it took about a second to realize that there was no powerful glowing light or anything, but in the very center of my palm was a veeeeery light nearly translucent purple dot. It was like a lilac color. Right in that moment, when I had the sudden realization for the first time in this life of mine, I felt myself gradually slowly but then again near the speed of light (if that makes sense?) being withdrawn/black/sucked-out feeling out of whatever dimension I was in. I say dimension because I am OFFICIALLY aware whole-heartedly that there is so much more than this friggin' waking life!!!!!!! I didn't want to leave the awareness of lucidity but knew instinctively and immediately upon my awareness that I was getting "sucked back through" gradually, it wasn't instant, and I had complete awareness between lucidity in that other dimension and entering back into my body in the bed.

This has changed me forever. I finally get what I'd only ever read about on here. I feel an overwhelming feeling of wanting to HELP people achieve this
