      First full lucidity!!

So last night I got my first lucid, although I didn't get to do anything, it was really exciting. So I was in this room, I would like to call dim and wooden. At a table and there was a teacher figure with me. I was trying to figure out a math problem involving a cirle, there was much more to it though. Then the teacher mentioned something about a spider. From there I thought about the spiders in Minecraft (I just can't keep it out of my dreams!) So then after thinking about that, I had extreme realisation and I instantly knew. "wait.... I'M DREAMING!" Because of the excitement my dream quickly faded and went black. I tried spinning around, but I didn't know what to think about and ended up trying to make the black turn into a universe (not smart for a beginner I guess). And I heard the words, "I know it's big, keep trying." Then I had a false awakening and in the dream I gave up on the lucid because I was "awake and could see the lamp near my bed on. In reality I have no lamp near my bed. From there it was out of my control. I am so excited I got that far I just wanted to share!

Congratulations on your first full lucid, Hassman789!
Keep up everything your doing and you'll be having another of those "penny-dropping" moments! Try to remain calm, i know its easy to get carried away "zomgwtfbbq im lucid!!!! Aarrrrgh!!!" if you stay calm, step back, activate your senses, see what is around you, how it looks, smells and feels it should calm you down - it will also be doing stabilisation so its killing two birds with one stone. Good luck on future attempts and dude.... PLEASE try to create a universe, there is nothing that says you should keep your Dream goals to small things. Make it a long-term dream goal and keep at it. I hope i read about you doing this pretty soon.

      Take it easy!

Simply because you can breathe, doesn't mean your alive, or that you really live....

Well I joined the forum in june, was interested for some time, and then forgot about it until like last week. So since I started again, 1 week. I really haven't been trying that many techniques either.

Thanks for the advice! And in long term exploring the universe is definately a goal and an inspiration to get batter at this!

Congratulations on your lucidity. Hopefully you will have more soon!
Lucid dreaming takes three things: Patience, practice, and perseverance.
