I've had a wierd experience today.
I'm not that new to lucid dreaming, I've had like 15 of them in my whole life.
But I could never really stabilize them, so they wouldn't take that long.
These dreams felt more like a ''movie'', I could change the direction of where the movie would go but it still felt like I was just watching it from a crowd or something.
But today I've had a dream which changed my views of lucid dreams entirely.
I don't remember how I entered my dream state.
It could just be me sleeping on my bed, becoming lucid.
But I think I was already sleeping, and tried to lucid dream in my dream without knowing I was already dreaming.
This gave me some wierd results.
When I tried to dream, it felt my whole body was shaking, and trying to enter some part of my brain. (which should be where dreams are made)
For the first time in my whole life, I've had a lucid dream in which it didn't feel like I was just ''watching'' a movie, but that I was IN the movie.
It felt like we feel when we're awake!
I found myself standing in my own bedroom, but it was very dark in my house.
It also felt like I was in some sort of nightmare, even though I knew I was dreaming.
I closed my eyes and teleported myself to some other locations, like my school.
I also tried to do this without closing my eyes, but that resulted in a failure.
And after this, I let myself wake up.
Simply because I couldn't think straight, I didn't know what to do.
Can someone explain this?
Or did someone have a similiar experience?
Please tell me!
