      What are the limits of what you can do in reality while you're in a dream?

      Last night, the sun was waking me up. I was trying as hard as I could to stay in the dream while I can put a pillow in front of the sunbeams while I was dreaming. It eventually worked, but I doubt I would risk moving while dreaming again, because it was too hard and it took too long for the dream to be more clear and less fuzzy.
      Is it possible for some people to purposefully move in reality while dreaming, or is this a once in a lifetime phenomena?

      While on the topic of what can be done in the dream reality, I've searched to see and haven't found a satisfying answer. My questions is what is the furthest someones recalled bending time in the sense that you experienced days within hours, hours within minutes, that kind of thing.
