Most recent Lucid dream - Bruce Willis _ super strength

So first off I am new to this forum so hello all. I stumbled here due to my experiences with lucid dreaming really in its latest round effecting me to the point that it has renewed my interested in wanting to look into how to have more. Due to that desire I ended up here with you all, so I'll share my little latest dream that stuck out to me.

I've been having lucid dreams once in a while and for me when I have them I really have them, essentially having full control with doing whatever I wanted I know I was asleep.

About 3 weeks ago now I was asleep in bed with my girlfriend and I all of a sudden began watching a scene from like a movie that had Bruce Willis (no idea why lol). Well I was following him walking in a parking garage as if I was with him going somewhere. Once I saw this scene and comprehended it for lack of a better term, I immediately then realized I was dreaming. I had the vivid realization that I am asleep in bed with my girlfriend next to me, but at the same time I am standing in a parking garage with Bruce Willis. Whenever I have lucid dreams I immediately get awed by how incredibly real they are. They are just as real as my reality is now as I type this to you people, sharing my experience, only its like as if I am in a world within a world.

I immediately begin looking at Bruce Willis in very critical manner noting he had a slight sweat from walking and talking and dealing with something. What also amazed me without me voicing it to him was that he caught on to my like realized look and asked me what was up etc and we started having a conversation where I was talking to him about things that related to the situation at hand but not the fact that I realized I was dreaming (although I forgot what we said now as this was about 3+ weeks ago). He was talking to me like any other person would in normal daily life with his famous Bruce Willis voice and general personality haha. As I was amazed with this I was just soaking in the scene of the parking garage with its dingyness and apparent use of cars coming and going all the time. I was walking by the cars touching them watching as my reflections in the chrome and windows appeared exactly as it would in real life and how the parking garage lights effected the shadows. It was just surreal, I could not distinguish it at all from reality. The names on the cars (Nissan, Toyota, Ford's) and all the license plate numbers stayed the same even when looking at them multiple times.

What also stood out was my Toyota Rav4 car that was in my houses garage (which I knew and acknowledged in the dream mentally) while I was asleep was parked in this parking garage. While me and Bruce were talking as I was wanting to see just how realistic his responses to me where, which mind you were just like real life, he had emotions, laughed with some jokes I told him, responded with all kinds of complex interactions, I then had the though to just say, ah hell, pick up my Rav4 right in front of him to see what he does. Lets not fly around like a over-excited person with the ability to play God and just instead smash some stuff.

So I just casually grabbed the undercarage frame of the vehicle and just started to lift, I remember how the car creeked just like you hear when you lift a car form certain points due to the weight and metal bending etc. I remember completely lifting the car up to my should level then to my head level with him being absolutely floored and looking at me in awe. His reaction was epic, and as if I had myself just witnessed someone doing something impossible in reality but doing it before my very eyes, and that was amazing. I then put the car back down somewhat gently and watched the car momentarily bounce as its full weight got back down, everything was so surreal.

I then wanted to see how realistic a dream could be thinking of the Matrix in my dream as well as the movie Inception, and I punched my cars door and watched the rav4 skid with tire marks and the door bent exactly as if something with tremendous force in the shape of a human fist hit it. The door collapsed inward with glass shattering, everything was so real. I didn't car about destroying the car as my Rav4 was parked safely in my garage just about 100 feet away from my sleeping body (I literally was thinking that haha, no bounds have at it!)

I then proceeded to walk with Bruce Willis following me now like looking WTF with obviously knowing not what else to do other than tag along but not get in my way and I proceeded to just punch through the solid concrete wall to open to the outside of the parking garage. People were noticeably startled and scared as the dust and debris flew out and I just walked past them all knowing it was a dream. I then proceeded to just look at the sky with its clouds and watched them as they just magestically moved and slowly formed into different clouds just like in real life. It was all so freaking real. Some little asian kid came up to me with that look of awe and I just put my hand on his head like greeting him and ruffling his hair, but I was paying attention to the feeling of the individual strands of hair in my hand and watching the sun light reflections in his hair, it was just immense.

I stomped some bad guys here and there, threw some cars, bent metal just to say I could and laugh at my own awesomeness and just have fun. At one point I was on the top of a tower from climbing it from grabbing on the walls crushing into them and just lazily let my body fall off the top and smash into the street below knowing full well that all was good. I just left a slight crater and people were looking stunned to see that I just got up and shrugged off the fall. I remember one woman coming up to me that was very cute and asking if I was okay and all that and I just gently consoled her that I was fine and thanked her for her concern and went on my way; like a boss

I then proceeded to stomp around and even jump with super strength ala the Hulk and raised heck here and there just admiring the way the world crumbled as if it was real life, only I had super strength.

To avoid putting you guys to sleep, I ended up by a dam admiring the majestic scene as it was quite large and I was walking into the interior of it which was like a building inside and I started to notice that while I was thinking about me being asleep and lying down in bend that I was still walking. It was such a weird realization that I had 2 sets of legs, one that was asleep still and the other which I was using to walk. It was like I was realizing both my sleeping body and my dream body, that overlap if you will. And once I started to realize my sleeping legs I went to walk and my real leg moved and thats when I immediately knew that I just lost my connection to the dream world as I realized I was waking up.

I watched as the world I was in started to tear away literally like a piece of paper in a sense and my sensory perception of that world came to a halt. It was weird because for about half a minute I could still see the dream going on in my mind and I could also see the ceiling of my room as I looked up at it while still seeing the dream. It was like a cruel reminder that I was in that world but it was out of my grasp although I could still see. I even was trying to will myself and I was starting to have the dream that had detached from my main vision to the side of the corner where I could see it was starting to come back briefly but I moved my body again and lost it for good.

It was super fun while it lasted, and from the sounds of others, some of you are in just awe of how realistic dreams can be. To me it was literally no way to distinguish the reality of it, just the awareness that I was asleep in bed was what I knew. I just eventually started to realize that feeling of my real body, where as when I was fully engaged in the dream, I knew my body was there but I could not feel it. I could only feel my dream body which I was using the maniuplate the world the way I wanted.

In the past I have had flying dreams but I found that I got to excited and lost the dreams right away, so I opted to not fly and instead go super strength to see if I could stick around longer. Thankfully I did

I hope to read along others experience on this board and possibly find some pointers how to better increase the frequency of them. So far I do not have a lot of lucid dreams, my previous one was about 2 years ago prior to this, but when I have them I am completely there and in control. I've done the typical stuff in previous lucid dreams like being adventurous or having my way with a hot chick, but I would like to ultimately get better at having them or inducing them in ways cause damn, it is such a cool world to go off to and play in. I am a gamer growing up in the 80's and 90's, but this is 10,000 times better than any game, Inception comes the closest to a dream, I hope to find a way to have my own way to start dream unlike the movie plot of just shooting a drug in your arm attached to some machine haha. Something drugless and repeatable is what I am interested in. Good night for now folks, gonna get some rest, whew.
