I have done some lightning energy shooting from my hands but only briefly. Also I have swam down into the ocean until it was so dark i could not see... so maybe a light technique would be good to learn because I would love to explore to deeper depths. And the water felt terrific when I was in it... extremely realistic. if not better than real life
