Post Not sure if lucid or just a dream.

When I first discovered Lucid Dreaming, I just watched some videos and continued to play some games. In that time, I didn't realized how good lucid dreaming was. Until, I accidentally lucid dreamed after 1 month. After my first lucid dream, I still don't care about it. But, shared it with my teacher who took BS Psychology and my classmates. We always stay in her office and sometimes ask for guidance and advice. After that, I started to have weird dreams. Before I state my dream experiences, I would like to tell that I always fly in my dreams when I get too scared. I don't know, I just jump slowly in fear and don't fall. But if I got too worried, I would start falling again and wake up. I always dream about scary things, but it doesn't bother me much. Some of them are: viruses that I escape. One of my favorite is, when I get inside the car. I started feeling dizzy and woke up in my room. Then, I noticed my grandmother. Some thing is weird, there is a dark mist behind her. Then, I woke up again and said. " Well, that was weird." Some of my dreams are continuous, my grandmother was inside our house and I think I was trying to stop her death. In the first dream, my grandma died. In the second dream, I managed to get to her. But, a vehicle blocked my way and she died. In the third dream, I saved my grandma. Weird. After that incidents, I became enthusiastic about Lucid Dreaming. I have read too much article. Later in the night, I had a lucid dream. I dreamed of two dreams at once. First dream, I noticed that there was no such thing as a disease causing personality changes and started to stop the nightmare. After a few moments, I forgot that I'm dreaming and walked on a street. The dream looped three times on the street, and I kept seeing a car fall in a pond. I then said in the dream " Why don't we just stop." I woke up in my room. In the second dream, it was happening while my first one is happening. The place is shifting, but with the same idea. Difference is, in the first dream I was visible to other people. In the other one, I saw a teacher protecting her students. Specially, a little girl. But, it feels like I'm in third person view and invisible. In my third lucid dream, I sustained my lucidity till the last second of it. I did some experiments, but instead of making one mirror. I saw two mirror when I opened my eyes. I noticed that the mirror reflects me perfectly, but it doesn't move when I move. I went to the main road and I saw a lot of people. I got too excited and woke up. In my latest lucid dream last night, I was talking to my--- Hmm. My father I guess. Anyway, I can't remember it.

      I have a dream journal.

If you were aware during dream that you are dreaming then it was lucid dream, and it sounds like that's the case at least in some of those, so congrats!

Okay. This is getting creepy. Last last night, I dreamed about telling someone that he is dreaming. But, I'm not lucid.

This sounds like a lucid dream. And if you told a DC that he is dreaming and not lucid, then you were simply dreaming of being a DC.

This happens often. When you think about lucid dreaming, how to do it, what to do, and all that stuff, it will start to influence your regular dreams. Just as everything else, that has an impact on you during day.

If you doing any practice, like awareness, RCs, mantras, dream journal... keep it up, together with thinking about lucid dreaming. You will start having more of them.
