      It happened last night.

      So here's what happened: Last night, as per usual, I lay in bed doing some relaxation exercise when suddenly I began shaking. And I mean violently from head to toe. It didn't frighten me, so I let it play itself out. Probably lasted for about one minute. When done, I was as relaxed as I can remember being in my entire life, and a few seconds later, I entered a lucid dream.

      Any similar experiences out there? Any theories about what that was all about? Needless to say I'll try and bring it about again. I'm not sure I can; I don't even remember what relaxation method I was using. If I'm successful, you guys will be the first to know.

      I have almost the same experience with DEILD's; but i don't think i PHYSICALLY convulse, it's more of a feeling i think, were you sure you were really convulsing and not in 'The Black' ?

      Sounds like you have successfully done WILD! Congrats!
      Though success when going to sleep normally is pretty rare, so if you want to use this method i'd rather suggest using it with WBTB or naps.
