Thread: Been awhile, I'll share a Lucid Dream with you all from recently

So, I got a Happy Birthday message from DreamViews, and thought I'd toss a post up because it's been awhile, and I strangely appreciate the automated HappyBday.

Anyhow, the most recent LD I had was a day or two ago. I have ALOT of dreams that seem to occur in the same general places.

This particular time my brother was in my dream and we were flying in little bubbles over a bunch of really neat landscape, mountains, green grassy hills, just neat stuff. Suddenly we're chasing some wierd alien thing, in my dream it was phasing through different shapes/colors etc, but we were trying to follow it and it kept blending in with the backround of the landscape we were passing over. In the dream, we were speeding all around this thing, but there was a sense of horror to it, like if we drew too much attention, it would do something bad to us both. But we had to keep picking at it and for some reason that was the focus of the dream... I went Lucid around this time.

Anyhow, I realized I was dreaming, and just kind of grabbed control of the bubble I was in and ignored the alien thing, (I think I shot some mind bolts at it, just like blazed it with mindpower ha) and moved on, because at that point I knew I was flying, and it was a bubble, not just me trying to convince myself gravity wasn't there...(ruins alot of LD's, lemme tell you), and just took the Fk off as fast as I could in a direction, I was crossing countries and I realized, in my Lucid Dream, that my brother was still there and keeping up as a dream character. It wasn't the usual smarmy Dream Char either, he was my rl bro and I was trying like hell to convince him he was in my dream, (don't we all lol). We crossed alot of territory in our "Bubbles", but it was one of the coolest LD's I've had in awhile.
