Question Lucid Dream, I need some help c:

Hey this is my first forum post, so sorry if I'm not doing it right

I had a lucid dream last night, like the majority of the time (I hardly ever have a dream where I'm not lucid) and I had a little someone following me.

Now this person who was in my dream, seems to be popping up more and more in them. Whenever I'm very lucid, he's there.
The person doesn't have a name, in fact, I'm not entirely sure he's human. I just know he's a he.

HE is tall, about 5'11, two inches taller than me. He's very skinny, lanky-built and has dark messy straight hair. His face is fairly long and he has plump cheeks, but not enough to be 'fat'. His eyes are larger than they should be, and I can't determine the color, it's hard to explain. He is also very pale, well, in this dream he was.

So to bring you up to date, he was in my lucid dream last night, following me around, being painfully silent. And then at one point he disappeared. The next time he re-appeared I was in a large, empty like building. It was clean, had some desks and potted plants, large windows (We're talking airport terminal like) and white tiled floors. There were some scientists, and HE didn't respond well with them. They kinda glared at one another with mutual disliking then I was taken away with the scientists, Nameless dude in tow. Now 'HE' was different from before. He was paler than his usual olive skin, and he had dark bags under his eyes. It was weird.

Now the scientists waffled on about something I care not to mention, they blanked HIM altogether, then I was left alone with HIM. We were in this 'clinic' waiting area, kinda like a doctors office. There were placards with body parts labeled on them. Some genetic material that edited your 'code' in order for you to re-grow a limb or change something you don't like about yourself.

      Anyways,

I was in fairly good humor and I was observing the eye colors, I looked to the BOY and smiled and said in these exact words 'How about it then? Should I get an eye change?'
HE let out a 'mhrm' sound. Throaty, not very deep. HE then took my by the shoulders and gave me a 'are you serious' look, cocked eyebrows and all. Eye color was still indeterminable. HE then tapped his wrist and I woke up.

So, who is this boy? Why does he always show up? Why doesn't he speak?

      He's around my age, and I'm 15.
I'd love some input and help with this. He's unlike anyone I've ever seen. Feel free to leave a comment, you can ask questions too!

First of all, welcome to DV!

There's no way for us to know for sure who he is since it's your dream. But to me it sounds like he could possibly be a Dream Guide. Depending on what you believe, a Dream Guide could be a manifestation of your subconscious or even an entity separate from yourself who wants to help you. Either way, the character is more enlightened about the dream world than most normal DCs. Does this sound like it could be true of your dream character?

I'm not too sure. He seems aware about what's going on most of the time. The majority of the time however, he is generally ignored or not seen as a threat. he interacts with the dream world around him, so I'm not all too sure.
