Just woke up from a completely awesome LD!

I just awoke from one of the best dreams I have ever had. Those of you who say you wouldn't break any morals in your dreams aren't going to like this one, but hot damn it was a lot of fun for me!

The part that I remember started in one of the buildings on campus. At some point I must have figured out I had total control over my environment because I was doing some impossible stunts on this beam about 10 feet off the floor. However, for some reason I didn't yet know I was dreaming. After a while though, something somebody said on these forums (Barbizzle maybe?) popped into my head, namely the fact that controlling a dream and knowing you're in a dream are completely separate things. For a little while I thought what a pity it was that in this dream I could only control things but not know I'm dreaming. Then the obvious hit me like a sack of bricks. Hey, I am dreaming!

Shortly after that revelation I found this girl from my Russian class that I have a crush on, and just embraced her and chatted with her for a good ten minutes. I was finally able to tell her all about how I feel about her, and feel the warmth of her body against mine. It was an amazing experience. I then walked her out to the parking lot, said "До свидания" ("goodbye" in Russian) and she left my dream world.

Shortly after that the environment somehow turned into my hometown without me realizing it at first. I found a large green stick, and thought maybe it would be fun to go on a GTA-style killing spree, just for kicks. I picked up the stick and starting aiming it around the place, making machine gun sounds and hoping it would turn into a machine gun. After a little while it did, and I started mowing down pedestrians, shooting cars and buildings and everything else in sight. It was boatloads of fun, just like the video game but much more realistic. Then this guy came up to me, who for some reason was invincible to all my bullets. At first I thought he was going to try to kill me, but then I told myself it was my dream and he was going to be my friend dammit. He just gave me an Oreo and walked away. I decided to test my dream taste buds and the Oreo tasted just like Oreos do in real life.

At this point I put down my gun and decided to fly around the place, which was another wonderful experience. I flew all around my hometown, landing on top of the grocery store when my dream began to fade. This was the first time the dream fading didn't really bother me. I had had enough fun for one dream, and it was by far the longest lucid dream I've ever had anyways, so I just accepted it and allowed myself to wake up.

The dream is still in my head
I heave a sigh and sadly smile
And lie a while in bed
I wish that it might come to pass
Not fade like all my dreams” —Rush

Sounds like a blast. Though the realism of it would have made me instantly stop.

Well, it wasn't completely realistic. Nobody was running or screaming. I was only making people bleed, and then they just disappeared. But it was still a lot more realistic than a video game.

Had one today. It ended to quickly to do much, probably because I was worried that it will end quickly
