That's pretty good, even if it's a short DILD, it'll build up with time, nad I find with short lucids that I actually have more dream control than with longer lucids [maybe it's because I can't remember my lucid tasks?] |

Naps are good, they help make for a better dream recall and/or higher chance of being lucid [I think, I know I heard something about naps helping with sleep cycles somewhere...] |
