Question Lucid dreaming inside of a dream

So, last night I had a dream where I was at college and I met an albino guy who befriended me . It was time for lunch so everyone began leaving the class, I looked around for him, but couldn't find him so I just left. Then I was getting picked on by these other guys, while I was walking on the second floor, on some type of catwalk hallway thing. Idk why but I thought I should become lucid. I "fell asleep" (In the dream I was actually standing up) and the same scene showed up except there were girls standing infront of me dancing to a hip hop song. I stared, and when I realized I was going to "wake up" I began dancing too XD thinking that would help me stay lucid. But it didn't, the scene went back to the way it was before and I thought "Darn, I woke up"
I also have dreams where I will try to WILD, I get sleep paralysis, hear loud noises and see images as if it were a real WILD and become lucid, but then have a false awakening and "wake up" just to be in my dream.
Has this happened to anyone before? It annoys me a lot. And I usually RC when I wake up, but in these dreams I don't. Why does this happen? and is there a way to actually stay lucid for the rest of the dream instead of waking up in it?

I think it's happened to me. I was trying to WILD in a dream (in the middle of the day). I experienced sleep paralysis and the "floating" feeling, in what I thought was real life, entered the WILD, woke up (into real life) and then realized the sleep paralysis and floating actually took place in a dream.

I often have LDs within a dream. Sometimes I'll "go to sleep" in a LD just so I can get to a different place or story line!

I always sleep inside my dreams. It's seems so stupid when I wake up.
