First Lucid Dream!!

Last night I had my first lucid dream. It was very vivid and i can remeber it very clearly. Last night i tried a variation of V-WILD i came up with which involves me thinking about the questions my subconscious would have to ask (for example: location, DCs, etc) in order to create a dream so i answered all the questions in my mind whilst WILDing and surprisingly it worked and i had a lucid dream exactly the same as the answers i gave. It only lasted about 5 minutes but it was still a great success for me.

Nice one!!! the first lucid i had was only like 2 seconds long...ur real lucky!

Yeah good job, my first lucid consisted of: "oh shit I'm dreaming" - Wakes up.

Well the first was what kinda dream do i want and then there was which DC i wanted so i chose my girlfriend but i forgot to choose a location so i ended up in the sahara desert

Lol i think thats everyones first lucid dreams. MY first lucid dreams would be ; i realized i was dreaming and tried not to think about nightmares..... this was when i was very young, i would think of happy things when i realized i was dreaming, but would usually think of nightmares by accident, when i realized i was dreaming. It was kind of like "IM dreaming! Wait that means i could have a nightmare", and that would induce a nightmare, just by thinking of one.

I have learned to control that now, and rarely have nightmares. Only in the absence of my cat.
