Thread: My first lucid dream!

Woah, I am so excited that was a really fun experience. So today I had an exam and had 4 hours of sleep, then after five hours of awakening I try to to sleep trying to attempt a WILD. I focus on my breathe then all of a sudden I feel this intense vibration and my leg was making movement back and forth, I started to hear sounds like clicks and waterfalls. The vibration stopped after a few minutes.

I sleep with my blanket covering my head, so I slowly went to move my blanket down to see I am in a middle of an Asian Street market, I was still laying down at the moment, I tried to stand up but some force was keeping me from standing up, so I rolled out to the left of my bed. The roll lasted for about a good five seconds or so, then I can stand up. After that I was excited that this must be a dream, and I went to tell my friends in my dream that I was dreaming on IM. My sister was also there and I told her that I was dreaming, she wouldn't believe me, so I did the nose reality check, and I was breathing in like nothing was blocking my passage, It was like breathing normal, I told her to do the RC to herself and see if it works, it didnt work for her. I also did another reality check where you poke your finger through the palm of the other hand. I did this, but didnt quite work, my palm got distorted when my finger was touching it. I went on to sparr with my dad like in martial arts and it was an intense battle. In the middle of my lucid dream somewhere I remember thinking that I was laying in my bed, that almost woke me up my dream began to fade, just then I rub my hands and focus on an object nearby, then my dream was stable again. I also remember I was trying to find other cool reality checks to do during the dream, when I went to search for them online, I woke up seeing myself underneath my blanket.
