      Cool My Second Lucid Dream!!

A few nights ago, I had my second lucid dream, completely unexpected, but as short as it was, it was cool.

In the dream, I was in school, but I realized school had ended for summer a week ago, then I realized I was in a dream, and started swearing at teachers, lol. I flew off for a bit, then I was playing football in the NFL, then all too soon I woke up. This was no ordinary way to wake up, instead I had a false awakening, but sadly I didn't know this, and was not lucid any more. One odd thing to point out, when I had the false awakening, I couldn't move, and I had a sinking sensation, like my bed was sucking me under, had anyone ever felt like this before? Also, any tips on how to stay lucid, and control your dreams? I tried the spinning technique, which helped, but is there any way to train your mind to stay lucid, longer?

Well thanks for reading, it was definitely an exciting experience, I hope I have another one soon!

Well you mentioned one already, it is spinning. In simple words, you really just have to activate completely your senses first. Mainly the sense of touch. I recommend you to focus first before doing any things. So when you realize it is just a dream, in other words you turned lucid, do not celebrate and have fun yet. FOCUS first. Look at your hands, and stare at them! Or if you want, look around the environment. Then while doing this, shout out loud "Stabilize lucidity!" Then your environment will be more vivid, or less blurry. If that is not enough, shout out loud "Stabilize Lucidity now!". It will be hard at first, because when you find out your lucid, I know the excitement gets over you, and you forget to make the dream environment more solid first.

Anyway, I hope I helped, and congratulations for your second lucid dream.

Yeah, I noticed my dream was more blurry than others have described theirs, I guess I rushed into it a bit, hehe. I'll definitely try to focus more on my environment, thanks!

      Hey man,

i had a lucid dream the other day and this exact thing happened to me. My lucid dream seemed to be like a dream inside of a dream. When i was lucid and "woke up" i was actually still sleeping and couldn't move. Then i realised that i was sleeping in a bed of a house i used to live in, and really woke up!

got all excited and ruined my lucidty!

      Regards,
