I'm not sure exactly how this works, how fast I'm supposed to go through the lessons, if it's a bit late to join now, but here goes.
My mind is constantly full. Sometimes it's to the point of near bursting. I have racing thoughts, intrusive thoughts, flashbacks, panic attacks, etc. It has always taken me a while to fall asleep because my mind pretty much won't shut up/slow down. It's kind of annoying and makes me sleep deprived sometimes. Everyone keeps saying I should try meditations, so here I am.
I guess meditation would be slowing stuff down in my head and/or getting my self to focus better. My concentration and focus aren't very good. I really need to work on that because my mind keeps wandering on me. I've left this page twice already while writing this. So, yeah, that's about it.
