Hi. This night while a WBTB insomnia I read your experience report and found this very well described, I was living it with you. The drugs may have helped but your awesome determination was...

Awesome experience, 2jupes. I love reading other people's stories. Not to pry, but did you just swallow the juice from the Skoal (since you were in bed and all). Nothing wrong with using...

2Jupes liked post by ThreeCat On thread : Very short lucids w Galantamine and Alpha-GPC?
I agree that a smaller does of G might be effective. Also, there are reported substitutes (though they are probably not as effective): Hup A, L-theanine, and other amino acid blends (I think Yuschak...

Intuitively I would suggest to reduce the dose. Maybe 4 mg of Galantamine and 150mg would work as well? Or maybe reducing the sleeping time before the WBTB period?

There's no mistake about it, galantamine + cholines (bitartrate, alpha gpc) is *tough* for light sleepers -- I have not yet (20+ attempts?) gotten right back to sleep on G+Ch, and sometimes never do....

Im cautious to have another go at it, if it fucks up my sleep it fucks up my whole day at work so will have to wait it until the weekend.

2Jupes liked post by Seltiez On thread : Daydream and Dreamlet Awareness Training
I used to this long ago and i can say it works. I did reality checks in daydreaming. I had a lot of lucid dreams like this but there was one downside. The habit of daydreaming carries into dream and...

2Jupes liked post by CosmicIron On thread : Senses Initiated Lucid Dream (SSILD)
A little disclaimer: There are many similarities between SSILD and the other lucid dream induction methods such as WILD, MILD, etc. In fact, if you wish, you could label SSILD as a derivative of...

Hm. Then we can try alternatives perhaps: 1. Start Daydreaming (Sometimes i managed to get into dream by imagining it or thinking about it, but that was in DEILD?) 2. Lose Awareness Of Body (You...
