Wow I've had recurring dreams, but never on the same night. The only thing I really know about them is that sometimes they can be a useful sign for becoming lucid.

I did not get lucid in any of them, most were before I knew what lucid dreaming was. Don't worry about not becoming lucid. It happens to everyone.

Uh, I can hardly recall them. They were mostly just average dreams that I kept having.

This has happened to me several times before. I am not sure why it occurs. It's not common, but not extremely rare.

I am staying at my mum's house, and we have a row, so I go into the shop next door to my old bedroom. The shop is huge, it sells all kinds of different things, and it seems that it has a very late closing time. While I am buying teddies and dressing gowns, I see both my aunties coming towards me. For some reason, I sense that my auntie will be upset at me buying teddies because she recently lost a baby (she hasn't) so I feel guilty. I continue to browse through balloons, and hope that they do not see me.That said, both my aunties are enthusiastic about all of my purchases when they find me, and browse the shop with me, picking up some of the same things.
When I leave the shop, I find my friend's mum sitting on my bed on her laptop. She announces that she is pregnant with a boy, and shows me the early scans in Photoshop. There seems to be a party going on all around us, with crowds drinking and dancing but somehow, despite the happy news, she appears to be sad.
The family are playing monopoly on the rug in my Grandma's living room. I join the game, but my auntie wants me to go shopping with her, so I oblige. I have a severe water infection, so I keep wetting myself in her car. When we get to the shopping centre and begin shopping, I decide I should buy a gingerbread man for each of my family members. However, I later remember that my sister is allergic to gingerbread, so I buy her one made from wool.
Then, my sister turns up outside the shop we are in. She is very displeased with the wool gingerbread man, stating that I should have known she already made one as part of her art project. Regardless, we look at jumpers together, and find that we like the same one, but both come away without it.
Then the dream changes, and my auntie and I are driving up a scenic lane towards a small church, but I am not sure whether we're supposed to be attending a wedding, christening or funeral. Outside, after the nondescript service, I meet Robert Hardy beside a dark pool of water, and we discuss who my partner is, and what his job used to be.
My partner and his best friend are sitting by the fire, around a large, wooden dining table discussing potential solutions for illness triggers. They are working with flow charts and all sorts of other complicated diagrams.
I am on York High Street, and there is a HUGE jewellery store on the corner. I go in, and begin browsing rings in rotating glass cabinets, but this time I discuss the type of ring I would like with a shop assistant. That part of the dream seems to go on forever, and I sense that the ladies in the shop are in a much higher class than me, and wonder what I'm doing in such an expensive store. When I take one of the rings to the checkout, the lady checks the computer for my account, and I am scared that she will realise I bought a ring the day before. (HAHAHAHA, I'm such a loser in my dreams.)
The assistant looks at me strangely, but even in the dream I am not sure how much of this is in my own imagination, as I leave the shop, I feel a bit weird, but I continue on my merry way regardless.
I browse a jewellery store for engagement rings for a while. Then I go down an extremely large step on to the cobbled streets of York. I am wearing a very big, sparkly diamond ring, which I keep stopping to admire as I walk around. This is very uncharacteristic of me, because I hate wearing showy jewellery, and especially the idea of flaunting my engagement ring.
