It seemed like not everyone experienced SP while trying to DEILD, so I was kinda hoping I wouldn't
But like you said, just gotta tackle it : ) It would be an interesting experience for sure
But my problem with DEILD right now is that I can't fall back asleep without switching positions too much : (

Lol. I'm so terrified of SP that I don't think I can do WILD. I've mostly been trying MILD and a crap ton of RC's, but they aren't working yet.

SP sounds pretty frightening though o.o
Before I knew about it my friend told me how she woke up and just couldn't move, it really freaked her out
Even though I know it's normal I think it'd still scare me

I'm really hoping to WILD soon thats my main goal. what about you?
