I've heard a million binaural beats but never heard of Isochronic tones. Pulsed instead of smooth. Thanks for that Waking Nomad.

As a few people have said, the real answer might be too much for us to put into words, and external/internal labels might just be a way of speaking about something nearly impossible to describe from...

Interesting post. I've got a few questions if you've got time. 1. When you were there did you sleep? And did you dream, or were you awake the whole time? 2. Can you return to the realm you...

Some people have said that the phrase Out Of Body travel is misleading, and lucid dreaming etc is an inner journey. Other people say there's an unmistakable separation from the body. I'm not...

I don't expect anyone to have any interest in reading this. I'm just keeping a dream journal as a task to help MILDS.
Last night I drank two glasses of Peppermint tea before sleep.
In the morning I dreamt I was travelling from West to East Timor. The lady in the ticket booth gave us a choice of plane or glider. Glider was 100 bux cheaper so I took that. We took off, towed by a plane, then we were on our own. In the dream, the landscape was arctic. Icy, glaciers and icebergs. I've rarely seen so much detail in a dream. The ice swirls looked beautiful.
The weather got bad and the glider had problems. I regretted not springing the extra 100 dollars for the plane. I mean, this was my life. the glider went low but the pilot kept control.
We stopped on the ice flow, and I chatted to someone living in an NGO in a small town in the middle of that massive ice field.
We took off again...

I woke up.
Later I dreamt I was with a friend of mine, but his appearance was completely different from RL.
That's all for now...
