Soooo, initially I googled *why do I shake when I am asleep*. You guessed it, I followed a hit directing me to Nicholas Newport. Read a little and it sounded like what I've experienced. But *aha*, you don't get my trust that quickly. So I googled *Is Nicholas Newport a scam* and I got this forum. So now ya got me, please point me in the right direction as a newby that has been doing OBE's for years without trying, in the right direction. I want to learn everything from square ONE.

Hey I used to come to the site long before, maybe some good question may be answered here.

i can usually stop myself lucidly dreaming by shaking my head along with repeating wake up. it manifests as me physically shaking my head. any physical movement will snap u out of a lucid dream. hope this helps.
