It is cheap(100$), but it doesn't detect REM like the others. So you need to set a time for it to turn on, and you may miss REM, but the others(like REM Dreamer) can detect REM, so it always turns on when you're dreaming, and if you become lucid you can turn the cue off using eye signals. But REMEE is more comfortable, but just not so reliable like the others.

Great Podcast! Had some really good tips. It's actually quite useful listening to it before doing to sleep, puts you in the lucid mindset.

As well as flying theres always the fun way of playing with gravity, always amusing, seeing all the objects around you, including yourself, just slowly drift up with zero-gravity. Try it!

Just curious what all your first deliberate lucid experiences were like. How did you do it? I've had a few lucid dreams before, but never had a deliberate one before, any tips?
