I agree. For me personally, even though we could just imagine being awesome at bending right away, I prefer to practice the movements. I'd watch waterbending clips and choose which ones I wanted to...

I'm going to try this in my next lucid dream. I'll be a firebender and I will release Azula, and we'll start our new empire on the back of a lion turtle.

Welcome to Dreamviews! It's nice you already had lucid dreams. Looking at hands is one of my favorite reality checks. And the control - as with everything else, it will take some practice. Even...

So I was doing a WBTB + WILD combination and I was focusing on the "hypnagog speckles and shapes" and suddenly I was in a room what I imagined earlier, a young woman told me to drink from a wierd liquid (grey, treacly smthing and it had a bad taste too, I can still recall ) because thus I will be lucid. I drank a sip and she was right! The room became more realistic as the feeling of being there as well. So I drank the whole glass. It didn't become better but it was already pretty realistic.
All of a sudden I was again in my bed. But I had FAs before so I didn't have to do RC-s, I knew it's a dream. I just lift my hand and it felt really weird. I started to rolling sideways, not intentionally, I just wasn't entirely in dream state and I was afraid that if I move, I'll be awaken. So I was just rolling sideways for a really long time and the same time it was kinda like falling.
Next thing, I'm again in my bed, my eyes are closed and I'm afraid to open due to awakening. A little bit later I'm in the sky and a guy grabs me and fly with me. The whole experience was soo weird. But the DCs were really kind and helpfull and after all, it was a semi-LD, or to be more accurate I was fully lucid just the dream/dreams was/were not entirely dreams.
