At first, until you get into habit of it, you can use a little note reminder. Put it in a place that you see often. A pen (if you at school and you write a lot, tie a little string to it, or rubber...

Sivason just today suggested in one thread to start out with just noticing your breathing a few times a day. Pay attention to your food. Sometimes I finish my meal at a restaurant and i really like...

No. This method is incredibly bad. You won't even fall asleep, because you will need to go to bathroom every 5 minutes. I'm not yuppie but I'm trying to help :P When and how much do you...

That's quite strange, Santoryu. Please remain persistent with your mantra's, and ensure you're really genuine in your repetitious requests. Make sure that you're legitimately confident in your...

^^ I'm happy to answer this again, of course! What I meant was exactly what I wrote, no more, no less: everything that you do, say, touch, and extend your shadow over has some effect on your...

Santoryu - I whole heartedly recommend DEILD for beginners! As you said yourself, it's an incredibly simplistic technique :) The matter isn't whether you 'wake up' after every dream, it's whether...

I like to go ultra-simple and present tense on mantras. I have only one that I use: "I'm dreaming." I use it to fall asleep as fast as possible after performing my induction technique, mostly with...

There was this massive party going on and there were loads of people at it. Outside the hall, in the corridor, next to the stairs up there is a slide, which twirls all the way down to the entrance to the building. The whole place has this extremely comfortable feel to it. The corridor has red, lush carpet which leads all the way to this epic slide. At some point during the day I leave the building and go outside to a McDonald's with a few friends.
One friend leaves when we've reached McDonald's and I go in with the others. The McDonald's looks like the burger town in one of the spec op missions in modern warfare 2, as it's surrounded by trees and there aren't many other buildings around. Even the weather seems to be the same as in the game, sunny but close to dusk.
I was arguing with my friend, I'm not too sure what about. I realised that I was very hungry and I wanted food. So I went out to get something. I had an urge for a kebab, so I went to a shop that sells them. I got there and asked for one. The dude over the till asked if I wanted to see a magic trick, I said yes. He asked for my phone and I gave it to him. I saw it in his hand and then it was gone. It just disappeared. It then reappeared, it was amazing. Looking at the time I realised I was getting late and so I got my phone back and just bought a baguette and wolfed it down.
