Recurring sucked out of window dream

I have these recurring dreams, probably once every few months, I'm near a window in a high up place, let's say the 10th floor of an hotel, and I will eventually get sucked out of the room, like some force is pushing me, and no matter how much I try to stay away from the window, and when I'm holding onto the window frames and such, I will get pulled out,

I have an extreme fear of heights, so I think that's the problem, but I don't know,

anyone else get this?

Mmmm, no, I don't get this.

But I do have recurring dreams that have certain principals in them. In fact, if I'm scared of ANYTHING in ANY of my dreams, then I walk slowly no matter how hard I try, and my screams/talking comes out as whispers.

Now, this might be just one of those types of things. I usually find that the best way to deal with it is just don't think about it. Because your dream is just what your mind is thinking of.

So if you think of this, even thinking about how you hope it won't happen, it might happen because of that.

If that makes any sense.
