Unfortunately, negative things tend to "manifest" in dreams more than positive things. Also, because of your anxiety and fear etc. you will dream negative things because dreams are partially made by your waking daily emotions, experiences,etc.
What to do? I would tell you to solve our mental issues, be more positive, think of positive things before bed(you know, like incubating them), but what do I know.
Hope you solve this problem, and you can use these emotions as dream signs, I think.
