      Recurring Sleep Paralysis

So I've had sleep paralysis many times in my life. I'll start from the beginning. So I was sleeping at my brothers house when I was really young age 11. He told me the night before he had trouble sleeping that he woke up and couldent move I thought he was nuts. That same night he told me that I experiences it. I woke up unlabeled to move and I saw a tall shrouded figure in the doorway. I couldent move and when I tried to scream i felt as if something was muffling my voice and I couldent say anything. I fell asleep. When I woke up I mentioned it to my brother but he didn't believe me. Whatever. About a year later I went to sleep in my room. I had a dream with the shrouded figure in it and whenever I looked at it it would paralyze me. It was about half the size of the last one I saw. This was just a dream.later on I moved and went to a new house. I was sleeping during the day and had a dream that I was levitating while sleeping and went out of my room out the front door. I woke up on the couch. About a year and a half later I was sleeping next to my dog and it hit me I couldent move. My dog was just staring at me while I struggled to call for help. Somehow I woke up but my dog was right where it was when I was dreaming giving me the same look it was really eerie.there were a few more on between this one in which I found out then whenever I couldent move in sleep paralysis for some odd reason I could move a finger and it rub my palm and it would snap me out of the paralysis. So this last one is the strangest. I was sleeping at my friends house with my brother. We slept through the night on his couches and in the morning woke up and went upstairs to fall asleep in his room on the floor.heres where things get weird. Where I was a sleep I could see both of them in my view. I fell asleep to only get sleep paralysis right there. When I couldent move I saw them looking at me laughing. Then I'd hit my palm with my finger to snap out of it and they were both right there sleeping.bam sleep paralysis hit me right there again I felt a strong push on my chest and couldent move I hit my palm again and snapped out of it. Then I got paralyzed again and I swear I heard a very eerie voice just barely say "it's because you're beautiful" then It ended. I woke up hours later and told my brother he said it was just a dream but I don't know I kept waking up to be put back into that trance ugh. I've had one more experience since then and it was pretty creepy. It was within a dream. I was in some outside courtyard( dreaming) and the sky was a mirror where I stood in the mirror was the shrouded figure and when I saw that it was the mirrored me I started getting paralyzed so I looked away. That was about a year ago and so far nothing of the sort since

that sounds intense man, sleep paralysis sucks. I deal with it from time to time but instead of getting terrified now it just pisses me off. I've had hands grab me violently, little girls and old ladies with no faces speak to me and lean towards me inches away from my head, etc. physically I am paralyzed but I learned how to fight back. if you get angry enough and basically say to your self "fuck this" just mock them, laugh at them, and break free from it. it's scary as hell and common for lucid dreamers to experience this, I don't know why. but fight back.

personally, I think they are demons trying to mess with you. or dark aspects of your own subconscious, which could be categorized as demons too I guess. try burning some sage/incense and put some soothing music on before bed or prayer and meditation..

whatever they are I feel where your coming from your not crazy it happens to many people. fight back.
