Okay, just let this idea sink in, I explined it in a different thread but I'll probably explain it better this time anyway.

I borrow this from Buddhist cosmology. Jehova/Allah/Brahma lives in the 15th plane (or around there) of existence and because he was the first spirit to descend to that plane from the higher planes above and spent some time alone there he began to believe himself to be the universes first uncaused cause because we are not naturally aware of planes higher than our own nor do we get memory of our past selves.

So above him are plenty of other beings that have ascended to higher planes of consciousness and beyond all of that is Nirvana.

Everything works out in the end, sometimes even badly.

Whoa, that's a really cool way to look at it. It kind of reminds me of the episode of Yu Yu Hakusho where they revealed that there are "S-class demons"... spooky .

Does Buddhism really talk about the other religion's gods being "not the supreme being"? That's kind of surprising, unless "Buddhist Cosmology" is a completely different branch.

Buddhist cosmology is based off of what Buddha said people could confirm within themselves after enough insightful meditation. It is a combination of all world religions except that you have to see them as having missing knowledge and see how they could have come to false conclusions, you also need to research symbolism. With proper research in symbolism the bible can reveal many of the same truths, actually. That thread about NDEs says the same thing though from how it sounds the adventure is nothing like insightful meditation.

So in answer to your question, yes they do believe that the Brahma in the 15th plane is the same deity which told the Jews they were the chosen people and etcetera.

Though, actually I think the buddhist theory is he didn't tell them, Moses and the other prophets were actually born into Brahma's plane (or below it but still close enough to fathom, I guess) sometime after he was born into it alone. he thought he made them, they believed him and became his servants then their merits from that plane wore out over time and some were reborn into Earth where they unconsciously became aware of their previous selves and started spilling out the word of God.

Now keep in mind words are very limiting when talking about this sort of thing, I am refering to what is a 4th dimension, after all, so we can't even explain it specifically, we have to use symbols.

Furthermore, this is my own crazy theory btw, but the age of pisces which we just passed I've heard was supposed to be a time of obedience, and aquarius of freedom. Well, pisces started when christ was born, and thought obedience took over most of the world in the next 1000 years it was slow and didn't spread to the very cracks of humanity until the 1800s. People expect some big consciousness change, I just think people are going to start realizing God isn't the greatest thing, I just hope we hold onto the message that the most important thing in the universe is the love we give.
