this is my first post in a few nights. As today was my first day of school i was a bit preoccupied and didn't concentrate. I think that can be blamed for my poor results last night. I couldn't recall any dreams. Hopefully tonight will be better!

during the night after my first day of school i got a first day of school dream! can't remember too many dreams. it's really fragmented.

Its going good. Six people joined and five have gad lucids. I have had 4 using it another person has had 4 then the other person has had 2. all the other people have had 1 with the exception of one. I posted some more advanced tips on page 20 i think. Your welcome to use any information located there to help your journy, or even join sense its a little bigger of a thread!

I've tried yesterday-night, in stead of a lucid dream I had no dream at all, it felt as if I was in a black area for like 5 hours (I slept from 6.30 am till 1pm) (those times are indeed correct, I did not mistake am/pm if you were wondering)
Going to sleep at 9.30pm today, with 15 minutes of 'peace' (aka no pc, tv, just sitting around/moving in the dark. Calming my mind) setting my alarm clock at 4.30am, will post results :3


I really have fucked up sleep times, I usually sleep from 12pm-7am, yet I sometimes have to do shit in the dark and sleep 5am-12am or just not sleep at all. I think this'll really fuck my experience up. Ahwell, can't change real life.

You should at least try I mean it wouldn't hurt

I didn't have any dreams but I just moved into a new house so ya still nothing

Frist Night

Well a lot happen the first night and none of them included a Lucid dream sadly. I first fell sleep around 11:35 but me being so anxious and added with all the noise at my house fell asleep a hour later. I woke at 3:45 that's what I put in my alarm. I remembered a dream but not a lot of it. I told myself "I will have Lucid dream tonight" and I was so certain of this when I said it. Well 2 hours later I woke up to go to the bathroom. I hadn't remembered a thing from the dream. I came to by bed to fall asleep again and 5 minutes later I felt tingling and that's when I thought I was having Sp so in my shock am thinking this isnt suppose to happen but I will go along with it. I was getting deeper into sp but in the end I was too awake and my body woke itself up.

That's stinks but it sounded like you were close to a WILD

Oh well still nothing but I feel I am getting so close I am about to EXPLODE!!!!

Using a lot of different affirmations.

So ...

As of today, I only do :

1. Reality Checks during the day.
2. One afirmation before going to bed Tonight during my dream, I will do a RC)
3. Write down my dream in my journal

FIRST KIND-OF LUCID DREAM!!
I'm not gonna write everything down because I'm fucking pissed atm. But it wasn't a completely lucid dream, I could think, I knew it was a dream and I saw and remembered everything as if I was there. Yet I couldn't 'really' control the world or smell/feel. It was a kind-of-DILD, it really 'just happened' and I confirmed it by looking at my hands.

That's it, once again, I had an amazing reply but it got fucked by the server.

2nd Night

I didn't recall any dreams well not much of them to be significant any way. I did happen to improve on my WILDing skills though. I did everything to perfection I woke up just on my rem sleep. I was awoke for 45 minutes went to bed. Laid still in about 10 minutes I was feeling the sensations of SP. The only thing that went wrong was that I couldn't hold my eyes shut during the REM. Any tips on this.

Seems like no one is responding lately. No matter the show must go on.

I havent been so good with remembering my mantra(still don't have one) But my RC have been tons better since I started. I need to write more in my DJ too. I will try a MILD in first sleep and then I will wake up around 5ish and try a WILD. I'll respond tomorrow. See ya

ok... so it's been a long time since i posted... i don't know if i should even bother putting up my results... i have stopped recording my dreams for the last couple days because i've been so busy with school.
