      My phone was on silent, and therefore, so was my alarm. No WILD attempt, which is good I guess. I don't want to get to burnt out to quickly.

      I messed up the WILD, but I did have a lucid! It was right at the end of a REM cycle though so it was short. It will be in my DJ later.

      You really shouldn't just hop to Mild. Wild can fail because its quite an advanced technique, instead you could first try Deild. No.1 rule = don't chicken out. after months of practising various methods I had my first Deild, its extremely effective but even now I'm still perfecting how to do it. You have to take your time with Deild and Wild and keep trying with a high enthusiasm

      I'm going to be focusing mostly on DEILD but if I move too much when I wake up after my dream, which happens often as I usually kick awake. Then I think I would try to WILD. I had some intense sleep paralysis and hynagogic imagery with my DEILD last night but it's not a very vivid memory because I had just woken up.
