Lucid dreams in 30 days or A Course in lucid dreaming

      Hi guys

Has been quite a while since posting the last time, even quite a while ago I lucid dreamt I just have a question: What book gets better results for beginners: 1. Lucid Dreams in 30 days: The Creative Sleep Program or 2. A Course in Lucid Dreaming from S. Laberge along with ETWOLD.
This has been bugging my mind lately, and I want to start with one of them, problem is, I don't know with wich one I should D: So please reply, I am very grateful!

      Wish you lucid journeys!

      Get both.

No book will give results, you just take what you can from it, then make the results. Get both, read the first few pages or so and then decide which one to read first, might aswell.

I think there's plenty of information on lucid dreaming here on the forums. If you want to read a book, that's cool, but I'm able to do it without having read anything.

Yo, thanks so much for the replies There is great information on DV, but I think that I need more direct and concrete info and instructions...I find it easier So now I am going with Laberge's ACILD along with ETWOLD, seems very good

Btw I have Lucid Dreams in 30 days too, but I think that Stephen is a little more professional on the subject...well I can't really say that, but I trust him

      Wish you lucid journeys

They are both good books with quite different approaches. I prefer Laberge's as I think it is more useable.

Please click on the links below, more techniques under investigation to come soon...

I think I'm going to join you with reading Laberge's books.
