Interesting Survey about the connection between Lucid Dreaming and Meditation

Hello fellow Lucid Dreamers! I'm Gianna, a Cognitive Science Student from Osnabrück, Germany. I'm writing my Bachelorthesis about the connection between Meditation and Lucid Dreaming, what they have in common, both on a neuroanatomical level, but also on a personal level, read: why do people meditate and why are they trying to lucid dream; what do they feel while meditating and what do they feel while dreaming lucidly. Studies suggest that people who meditate regularly are better lucid dreamers, you can download the studie by clicking on the link below, it will automatically download the pdf-file. To answer these questions I'm conducting an online survey and I would be really, really grateful if you could take between 5 and 10 minutes to answer my questions about your experience with lucid dreams and meditation. You don't have to meditate to answer my questions. If you've never tried meditating thats fine, too, you can only answer the lucid dreaming part. Thanks! But I don't think you can link to another thread either. At least my link in another thread was removed as well and I was told not to post it again. In question 13 there in an "n" missing at the end of "verschiedenen". Question 14 appeared twice.

Heey!! steeph from Germany, that made me smile now - welcome! We had such a problem before, BALucidDreamMed - there was a link to a German forum implied and that went against the rules. It was solvable, though - people did take part and several. If you are okay with giving us an e-mail address - that's how it worked the last time. Or you could ask for a pm by people who are interested. Melanie Schaedlich is member here, too, if you happen to know her. I'm going to try and search for this other study on fine-motor control and LD-practice! All the luck - so happy about LDing research being done! So - please send me a pm!

Hi Did anyone get a copy of this survey? I'm hoping to start a study of the effects of lucid dreaming on meditation, or on mindful awareness. I'd be interested in seeing this survey. I messages BAluciddreammed but they don't seem to be active unfortunatly. Thanks P

Users are more than welcome to start a thread with a list of questions so everyone is able to answer them and view others' responses.
