      Ok, stumbled across this thread. For the last two nights I have been using this track from about.. 9.30 - 10.30 (in bed around 10.. asleep by 10.30) and have had TOP results.

      Maybe its a placebo? But iv tried other ld.mp3s and with nothing too dramatic... but the night before last I had 3 Lds and lastnite 6.. So think im going to use this every night from now on . This, along with a WBTB greentea is doing wonders, and SILOX I read your other message about reality checks and have been absolutely hammering them lately (but not spamming.. still being critical) and its definately upped my DILDing abilities.

      Sorry to get on a rant, but yeah personally Id recommend this track over others.

      I have basically given up on this kind of thing working, but I just got a new headset and I'm in the right mood, I'll try overnight and post results tomorrow... Be back later

      Edit: It appears that the pirate version doesn't have as good of quality as the one streamed from the site

      Right so, I had it playing all night and didn't really notice a difference. However, I only listened to the pirated copy so it might be that the lower quality makes a difference
